Accessibility Statement

eLEARNster, LLC is committed to making Action Math Baseball usable by the widest possible audience, including students, teachers, and administrators with disabilities. We believe digital learning should work for everyone, and we are continually improving the accessibility of both our website and our software.

Conformance Status

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Action Math Baseball is currently partially conformant — we have completed a round of accessibility improvements and are continuing remediation and testing. A formal third-party audit and Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR / VPAT®) are in development; please contact us for the current status.

What We’ve Done

Steps we have taken to improve accessibility include:

  • Descriptive page titles and a defined page language.
  • A “Skip to main content” link and keyboard-operable controls and links.
  • Semantic headings so pages can be navigated by assistive technology.
  • Programmatic labels for form fields and grouped controls.
  • Meaningful text alternatives for images, with decorative images hidden from screen readers.
  • Data tables with proper header associations.
  • Readable typography and a responsive layout that supports zooming and reflow.

Known Limitations

We are aware that some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA, and we are actively working on them:

  • Color contrast in a few places is under review.
  • Full verification with screen readers and at high zoom levels is in progress.
  • Some features rely on third-party services we do not fully control — interactive report charts (Google Charts), secure payment (Stripe), an optional instructor introduction video (YouTube), and player-statistics links (Baseball-Reference) — which may have their own accessibility characteristics.
  • A formal third-party audit has not yet been completed.

Compatibility & Technology

Action Math Baseball is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox) and to be compatible with common assistive technologies such as screen readers and screen magnifiers. The site relies on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; JavaScript and cookies must be enabled.
